RATES

Monthly RV Sites Starting at $550/month

We require a deposit from all Daily and Weekly site renters which varies by length of stay. (Minimum deposit is $50) Daily and Weekly site renters may use our dry storage for boats or toys for free but must register with office in advance. 

Furnished RV rentals range from $300 - $375 per week and will require a $250 security deposit - please inquire with office for availability. Pet Deposits may also be required, if applicable.

All site hold funds are non-refundable. Management, in its sole discretion may choose to refund a portion of your deposit or site hold funds. Thank you for your understanding - we have held that site for you and turned away other customers. 

May not stack or combine promotions and/or discounts - one per site is allowed. All rates are based on a party of two. Rates are subject to change. No refunds for cancellations or early departures. Unused monies are non-transferable. Site selection is ultimately up to management and other reservations, but we will do our best to put you in your first choice site!

AVAILABLE PROMOTIONS:

First Responders: (Police Officers, Firemen, EMT's, etc) receive $10 off 2 nights or longer.

Military: Freedom isn’t free and we thank you for your service. Discount of 10% with a military ID, applicable to nightly only. Best rate in the house right here! 

Long-Term Stays: If you are interested in staying with us long-term, you may qualify for our Length of Stay program. Plan to come on a monthly basis to start as the program doesn’t begin until we have both gotten to know each other and you have gotten on board with a couple of our key requirements - including but not limited to paying on our monthly schedule and passing a back ground check. Please inquire with office for further details.

There is a small fee to launch at the local marina. Guests may transport kayaks elsewhere, provided available and advanced registration.
